The movie School of Maybe is based on the life lessons learned from a year of uncertainty at the United States Military Academy Prep School (USMAPS) 1985, at the now closed Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. The documentary connects the “mindset of maybe” to the millions of young adults challenged by uncertainty in 2023 and beyond.

Set against the backdrop of the former USMAPS barracks and the new home of Netflix studios, the documentary brings a powerful message to the forefront.

Directed by Drew Bartkiewicz of Patriapps Ventures and Produced by Mark Beal of Rutgers University, the School of Maybe brings together 10 classmates from 1985 to recount their experiences, resulting in a rather astonishing compilation of truth: that what we believed to be most personal can often times become the most universal.
